Reference size

To provide you with a fast and accurate design solution, we need you to supply the material name, bulk density, conveying capacity, and conveying distance, and, if possible, relevant information on particle size.

Trough configuration:

Stainless steel, carbon steel, titanium, and other metal substrates are available.

Polishing, sandblasting, wire drawing, dot‑peening, and other metal surface finishing processes are available.

Various surface coating processes are available, including PTFE, PFA, ETFE, ECTFE, and more.

A variety of lining materials are available, including UPE, PU, Hardox, PTFE, and surfacing plates.

PTFE/PP/Acrylic... and other non-metallic substrates are available.

High-temperature quartz material is available, making it particularly suitable for high-temperature feeding applications.

FZH High-Efficiency Electromagnetic Vibratory Feeder

The FZH series high-efficiency electromagnetic vibrating feeder features a modular structural design. Its drive‑core components are reinforced through a specialized protective process, and the entire unit is fully enclosed, achieving an IP55 protection rating. It can operate reliably in ambient temperatures ranging from –20°C to 40°C, with custom versions available to meet specific requirements. After extensive testing across diverse industries and with thousands of material types, the FZH series has undergone continuous optimization of its design, resulting in a more compact structure and a conveying capacity that spans from 10 t/h to 1,000 t/h (based on sand with a density of 1.6 t/m³, particle size of 1–10 mm, moisture content of 8%, and cubic‑shaped particles). Compared with conventional feeders, this model achieves a 50% reduction in overall weight and a 40% decrease in energy consumption, while delivering significantly smoother conveying and reducing no‑load operating noise to below 70 dB at 1 meter—a breakthrough improvement. It also meets stringent operational demands in various environments, while simplifying installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
