The FZW miniature electromagnetic vibratory feeder features a compact footprint, lightweight construction, and a streamlined design, with no-load operating noise below 50 dB at 1 meter. Equipped with a high‑recovery special leaf spring, it delivers a continuous feed rate controllable between 100 and 1,000 g/h (based on sand with a density of 1.6 t/m³, particle size of 1–10 mm, moisture content of 8%, and cubic‑shaped particles), enabling precise linear control and high‑accuracy weighing and conveying. It is commonly used in laboratories and for educational demonstrations.

1. Leaf spring assembly
Through a specialized manufacturing process, it achieves an optimal balance of hardness and toughness, exhibiting high elasticity and excellent fatigue resistance, as well as superior wear and corrosion resistance. The number of leaf springs can be flexibly adjusted according to the weight of the working unit, thereby meeting the demands of continuous vibratory conveying.
2. Electromagnetic Core
Employing an epoxy resin vacuum‑impregnation encapsulation process, the magnetic core and coil are seamlessly sealed at the molecular level, effectively preventing moisture ingress and dust contamination. This ensures long‑term stable operation in demanding industrial environments, and customized solutions—such as explosion‑proof or wet‑room‑rated variants—are available to meet specific application requirements.
3. Shock-absorbing component
Silicone rubber vibration‑isolating pads, custom‑formulated with a scientifically engineered composition, maintain consistent hardness regardless of ambient temperature. They significantly reduce vibration transmission during equipment operation, markedly minimizing the vibration impact on the supporting foundation, and are suitable for weighing applications.
